PACKAGING
All items are packed with the utmost of care to ensure your shopping gets to you in perfect condition. Large items like Keepsake boards and card stock will be sent in bubble-lined envelopes or boxes. Bags and envelopes are secured carefully with packing tape. All packages are clearly addressed with Royal Mail standard labels.
Delivery is free on all items over £50.00.

Should you require your goods in a hurry, please contact jkcraftybugs@blueyonder.co.uk. I can provide a Next Day delivery service on most stock items.
You can select the appropriate option available, depending on the value and weight of your order. Costings will be shown when you checkout your basket but prior to confirming your order.
Please note I currently only offer a postage/delivery service within the UK.
Orders over 15Kg are subject to a weight premium of £0.60 pence per Kilogram
DELIVERY AND TRACKING
How to track your parcel –
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You can track your order and status on the 'order tracking' section in the site.
How much does delivery cost?
All orders are subject to delivery charges.
Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days (excluding Northern Ireland & some parts of Scotland). Please contact me if you require next day delivery.
Some products might incur an additional delivery charge, but of course you will be notified before processing your order, after I obtained the quote.
How long does my delivery take?
Items ordered before 13.00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends).
Orders taken on Friday (after 13.00pm), or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. (excluding Bank Holidays).
Please note that I reply upon the services of delivery agents & couriers.
Although I make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible, I cannot avoid the odd occasion when a delivery agent fails to perform the service that they are required to. I cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. I will not refund the standard delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the expected delivery date.
Delivery times
Most stock items are delivered within 3-5 working days. Delivery of larger or bulkier items may take slightly longer 5-7 days but I will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated. On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes beyond my control. If an item is temporarily out of stock, I will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods.
Who do we use for your delivery?
For all orders within the UK I use Royal Mail, City Link and Parcelforce 48.
You must arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the delivery on the expected delivery date.
If you are not in, a card will usually be left. You should read the instructions on the card to arrange for delivery at another time or collect the item from your local depot within 5 days.
The courier will attempt to delivery your order twice. If your delivery is not re-delivered or collected within 5 days it will be returned to me. I will refund the cost of your items to your credit/debit card after deducting the original cost of delivery PLUS return delivery to us. What to do if there is a problem with your delivery
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please contact me stating your order number. I will endeavour to contact my agents and let you know what's happening within a few hours.
If the goods are damaged upon receipt please email jkcraftybugs@blueyonder.co.uk within 2 days of delivery. If you have received an item which has been sent in error, please note that this must be sent back to me. I will pay for the delivery of the returned item(s).
