REFUNDS AND RETURNS

REFUNDS

JKcraftybugs offers a no-fuss returns policy. You can cancel an order within seven days from the date of placing the order for a full refund in accordance with European Consumer Law. If your order has been shipped when your cancellation is received I will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. Goods will be returned at your own expense unless faulty. You may return unwanted items within 28 days but all items must be returned in a re-saleable condition, unused, unopened, sealed and in original packaging.

EXCHANGES

You may exchange products for any reasons for up to 28 days after purchase if the products are unused and unopened. If you have ordered something by mistake, or decide that you don't want it, you may return it to me at your expense for a replacement.

Please enclose a full description of the fault and the product's original packaging for a full refund or replacement within 28 days. If you are returning an item as it is faulty or it because of a mistake on our part, I will be happy to refund you the cost of the postage.

I will pay the postage costs of replacing faulty goods. Please take note that all returned items are checked and will be sent back to you if they are found to be in working order and/or are not defective.

Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and if possible your email address.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
