How to Order
I have designed my web site so that it is user-friendly and easy to use. If you have any feedback on my web site and its operation I would love to hear about it. Please contact me and let me know.
I trust that you will find the following information helpful.
Viewing your Shopping Basket
Your shopping basket and order value is always shown on the right-hand side of the screen. Even if your basket is empty it will be displayed with the text "There are currently no items in your basket".
As you add items they will always be displayed so you can easily see which products you have added to your basket.
Browsing & Selecting Products
You can browse the site & products by clicking on the menus, or by keywords using the Search box.
When you have found the product you would like to view or select, simply click on the Details button. Additional product information will be displayed.
Each product has an Overview section at the top, followed by Product Options. Product options show all the available sizes, colour’s, types, etc available for this item. You may need to scroll down the page to view more product options. If you require more than one item update the Quantity box.
How to Add an Item to your Shopping Basket
When you reach an item you would like to order, simply click on the Add to Basket button.
You will see your selection automatically appear in your Shopping Basket on the right-hand side. You can Continue Shopping to add further items as you wish.
If you decide that you don't want to go ahead with your purchase right now, I won't empty your shopping basket straightaway. I will keep it filled with all the items shown here for the next 90 days. So the next time you visit our website, you won't have to start over again!
How to Change the Quantity of a Product
To increase or decrease the quantity of a product, simply click on the View Basket button to open your Shopping Basket.
This will open your Shopping Basket and allow you to change the quantity by changing the number in the Quantity Box. Click on the Update button. The page will then refresh automatically, showing the new quantity and the updated pricing.
Delivery prices will be calculated when you checkout.
How to Remove a Product
To remove a product, simply click on the Remove button, click on the Update button. The page will automatically refresh to show any remaining items in your basket.
The Checkout Process
When you click on the Checkout button, you will be taken to the Delivery Information page where you will be prompted to complete your order by filling out the required information.
Delivery Information Page
This shows your current delivery and billing addresses (you can edit these by clicking on the Change button. On this page you can select your preferred shipping method. If you wish to make any comments regarding your order please fill in the Comment box.
Click the Continue button, and you will be taken to the Payment Information page, check that your delivery address is correct and select your method of payment.
If you wish to make any additional comments at this stage please fill in the comment box.
Click Continue and you will be taken to the Order Summary Page, if you are happy the details are correct, press the Confirm Order button.
If paying by Credit or Debit Card select the appropriate payment method.
At JKcraftybugs I place great importance on your security when shopping online with me. To make all customer transactions more secure I offer extra protection when using your credit or debit card with me.
When you submit your order and choose to pay either by debit or credit card you will be asked the following:
- Be asked to register with either Verified by Visa or MasterCard/Maestro Secure Code
- Enter your personal code if you have already registered with either Verified by Visa or MasterCard/Maestro Secure Code
- Continue with your order if your card issuer is not participating in the programme
If you are not already registered, follow the simple instructions to register your card when prompted during payment for your order. This will be a one-off registration process. All future orders with JKcraftybugs and other participating online retailers will be completed with this added security when using the same credit or debit card.

If you have purchased an item from me before, you can simply enter your account details and your billing information will automatically be filled out.
If you are a new customer, please enter your billing information here. If the delivery address is same as the billing address, please check the box at the bottom so that you do not have to fill out the same details twice.

How to Pay
By Credit Card
I accept all major credit and debit cards. I accept Delta, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Visa.
By Cheque or Postal Order
You may also pay for your goods by personal cheque in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

- Item(s) ordered
- Your Invoice Number (if applicable)

- Cheque card start date & expiry date (on back of cheque)

Important information regarding cheque payments:
Please note that when paying by cheque, goods will only be dispatched upon when I am in receipt of cleared funds. This can take 5-7 working days.
